This White Chocolate Marshmallow Cinnamon Bear Popcorn is an easy no bake Valentine's Day dessert that's absolutely delicious.

- 16 cups Popped Popcorn about 2 large bowls popped (about 1 cup kernals if air-popping)
Marshmallow Mixture
- 14 oz Marshmallows
- 1 cup Butter
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Karo Syrup
- 1 ½ cups White Chocolate chips
- 3 drops Red Food Coloring optional

- 10 oz Cinnamon Bears Candy Cinnamon Hearts work great also
Prepare the Ingredients
Grease a large baking sheet with butter and set aside.
Prepare the popcorn. You can use microwave popcorn or air popped-popcorn.
If you're using regular sized cinnamon bears, use scissors and cut them in quarters.
Add the popcorn to a couple of large bowls.
Marshmallow Mixture
In a large saucepan, combine the butter, sugar and Karo Syrup. Bring to a rapid boil while stirring and boil for 1 minute.
Add the marshmallows, white chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and the red food coloring. Stir and continue to heat until the marshmallows are almost melted.
Pour half of the marshmallow mixture into one of the popcorn bowls. Use a large mixing spoon to cover the popcorn in marshmallow mixture. Add more popcorn if needed. (You want the popcorn to be covered in the marshamallow mixture but not dry. Add half of the cinnamon bears and stir again. Repeat with the second bowl of popcorn.
Spread the popcorn mixture on the greased cookie sheet. Let the popcorn cool and then shape into popcorn balls or put into small clear cups to make it easy to eat. Enjoy!
