Ingredients

  • 1 20-24 oz bag Ravioli Fresh or Frozen
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 teaspoons Water or milk
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce warmed for dipping

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a shallow bowl or pie plate, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning and garlic powder and mix well.
  • In a separate small bowl, combine the egg and 1 tablespoon water and whisk.
  • Dip each ravioli into the egg mixture, making sure it is fully coated. Let the excess drip off, then place into the bowl with the breadcrumbs. Pat the bread crumb mixture on to make sure it is completely coating both sides, then place onto the prepared baking sheet leaving space between each ravioli.
  • Repeat the process until all of the raviolis are coated, then lightly spray the ravioli with cooking spray.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly, then serve warm with warm marinara sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
