Roasted Garlic Lemon Broccoli Recipe
This roasted Garlic Lemon Broccoli is hands-down the best way to prepare broccoli. The broccoli is tossed in a little avocado oil, seasoned with minced garlic and then freshly squeezed lemon juice when it's finished roasting in the oven.

- 1.5-2 lbs Broccoli Florets
- 2 Tablespoons Avocado Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic minced
- 1 large Lemon
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Pepper
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
Cut broccoli into evenly sized 1" pieces. Using a hand towel, pat-dry the washed broccoli then place in a large freezer bag.
Add the oil and minced garlic, toss well, then spread onto a baking sheet in a single layer. Season with salt and pepper.
Roast in your preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until fork tender and lightly golden on the edges.
Remove from the oven and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve warm. Enjoy!
