Ingredients

  • 1 large scoop Vanilla Ice Cream about ½ cup
  • 2 cups Pineapple Chunks 1" chunks, frozen
  • 4 ounces Pineapple Juice

Instructions

  • In a VitaMix, or other heavy-duty blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, frozen pineapple chunks and pineapple juice.
  • Blend until smooth - you may need to use the plunger tool, or stop the blender and use a large spoon to push frozen pineapple down to ensure everything is well-blended. The mixture should resemble soft-serve ice cream.
  • Transfer the Dole Whip into a covered container and freeze for 2-3 hours to get the perfect dole whip consistency.
  • When you are ready to serve, spoon the frozen Dole Whip into a piping bag and pipe into each glass, or else simply scoop the mixture into your glasses.
  • Garnish with a sliced wedge of pineapple and serve with a straw and spoon. Enjoy!
