Berry Fruit Salad Recipe
This Berry Fruit Salad with glaze is slightly sweet and oh-so-refreshing. Made with fresh berries that have been tossed in a simple orange glaze, it is the perfect simple side dish or light dessert for your next summer barbecue or potluck.

- 4 cups Strawberries quartered
- 2 cups Blueberries
- 1 cup Blackberries
- 1 cup Raspberries
Citrus Glaze for Fruit
- ⅔ cup Orange Juice
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 large Lime juiced
Wash and remove strawberry hulls, then cut into bite-sized pieces if berries are large.
In a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat, add the orange juice and sugar. Bring to a boil continue to boil for 1 minute.
Remove the glaze from the heat and add the fresh lime juice. Stir, then let the glaze cool to room temperature then transfer to the cooler until you are ready to use.
To serve, arrange berries in a bowl or serving dish and drizzle the citrus glaze over the top. Add enough to just lightly coat the berries. Toss and serve immediately. Enjoy!
