- 1 16-oz can Refried Beans
- ¾ cup Salsa
- 1 teaspoon Taco Seasoning
- ¾ cup Sour Cream
- ½ cup Guacamole
- ½ cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese or any cheddar mix
- 1 small Tomato diced
- 2 whole Green Onions thinly sliced
- 1 4-oz can Black Olives
- 1 Tablespoons Cilantro finely chopped for garnish
- 1 large Lime cut into wedges
- Tortilla Chips for serving
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the refried beans, taco seasoning, and salsa. Mix well and spread into the bottom of a 9" round baking dish using a spoon or an offset spatula.
Next, spread the sour cream evenly over the bean mixture. Add the guacamole to a piping bag and create a spider web shape. Cut the olives in half and then slice of the halves to make the legs for the spiders. Add to the bean dip.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, green onions, and finally a few sliced black olives around the edges of the bean dip. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Just before serving, lightly sprinkle with chopped cilantro around the edges and squeeze lime juice over the top. Serve with tortilla chips. Enjoy!
