Ingredients

  • 1 16-oz can Refried Beans
  • ¾ cup Salsa
  • 1 teaspoon Taco Seasoning
  • ¾ cup Sour Cream
  • ½ cup Guacamole
  • ½ cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese or any cheddar mix
  • 1 small Tomato diced
  • 2 whole Green Onions thinly sliced
  • 1 4-oz can Black Olives
  • 1 Tablespoons Cilantro finely chopped for garnish
  • 1 large Lime cut into wedges
  • Tortilla Chips for serving

Instructions

  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the refried beans, taco seasoning, and salsa. Mix well and spread into the bottom of a 9" round baking dish using a spoon or an offset spatula.
  • Next, spread the sour cream evenly over the bean mixture. Add the guacamole to a piping bag and create a spider web shape. Cut the olives in half and then slice of the halves to make the legs for the spiders. Add to the bean dip.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, green onions, and finally a few sliced black olives around the edges of the bean dip. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Just before serving, lightly sprinkle with chopped cilantro around the edges and squeeze lime juice over the top. Serve with tortilla chips. Enjoy!
