Oreo Dessert Pizza Recipe
This Oreo Pizza cookie dessert is a family-friendly treat that is always a bit hit. Using sugar cookie dough as the pizza crust, it's topped with cream cheese frosting, Oreo cookies, and white chocolate drizzle.

- 16 ounces Sugar Cookie Dough un-baked, room tempreture
Cream Cheese Spread for Pizza Oreo
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese room temperature
- ½ cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Toppings
- 2 cups Crushed Oreos
- ½ cup White Chocolate Wafers melted
Sugar Cookie Crust
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease a 12-14" round pizza pan (or a 9"x13" baking dish) and pat your cookie dough into the bottom of the pan. It should be about ⅓" thick.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are slightly golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool at room temperature.
Meanwhile, add the room temperature cream cheese to the bowl of a stand mixer. Use the whisk attachment to beat until smooth, light, and fluffy - about 2-3 minutes. With the mixer off, add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract then mix on low speed until combined. Increase to high speed and mix again until fluffy.
Once the cookie has cooled, spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the top using an offset spatula. Sprinkle with the crushed Oreos.
Melt the white chocolate wafers in the microwave for about 30 seconds, then stir until smooth. If necessary, repeat until completely melted. Add the melted chocolate to a piping bag (or just use a spoon to drizzle it on the pizza) and drizzle over the top. Allow the chocolate to set up for about 30 minutes at room temperature.
Once the chocolate has set, slice and serve. Enjoy!
