Graham Cracker Crust
- 6 tablespoon Butter melted
- 1½ cups Graham Cracker Crumbs Oreo, Nilla Wafers, and and dry cookie crumbs will work
- ¼ cup Sugar
- pinch Cinnamon (optional)
No-Bake Nutella Cheesecake
- 16 oz Cream Cheese room temperature
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- ½ cup Nutella
Graham Cracker Crust
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a food processor, grate or pulse cookies or graham crackers until they are crumbs. Transfer to a large mixing bowl and combine with the melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Mix well.
Press the mixture firmly into a 9" pie plate or springform pan using a small flat cup or your hands.
Bake in your preheated oven for 8 minutes, or freeze unbaked for 10- 60 minutes. If baking, allow to cool completely before adding the filling.
Nutella Cheesecake Filling
In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Set aside.
In an electric mixer with the paddle attachment, beat the room temperature cream cheese until fluffy. (Note: Make sure your cream cheese is room temperature or the mixture will be lumpy. Can microwave for 30-45 seconds to soften if needed.)
Add the powdered sugar and Nutella to the cream cheese and beat again until fluffy. Gently fold the whipped cream into the Nutella mixture, then pour into the prepared graham cracker crust.
Refrigerate for 1 hour or until ready to serve. Enjoy!
