- 2 cups Pretzels Pretzels Crisps, rods, twists, or waffle shapes
- 12 ounces White Chocolate Melting Wafers or white chocolate chips*
- ½ cup Candy Canes crushed
Melt the white chocolate wafers* according to the package directions, then set aside.
Prepare a baking sheet by lining with parchment paper and set aside.
Using a fork, submerge each pretzel into the melted chocolate one at a time. Remove, then tap the fork on the side of the bowl to remove excess chocolate.
Place the dipped pretzel onto the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle with crushed candy canes. Repeat with the rest of the pretzels.
Allow the pretzels to set up at room temperature until the chocolate hardens, then store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week or the fridge for up to 1 months. Enjoy!
How to Melt White Chocolate Chips
To melt the white chocolate chips, place in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds at 50% power. Stir, then microwave for about 30 seconds at full power, stirring and repeating until the chocolate is smooth and melted but not hot.
