Ingredients
- 2 cups Frozen Pineapple Chunks
- 2 cups Frozen Strawberries
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 cup Cream of Coconut
- 1 cup Orange Juice
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 3 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 cups Milk
- 2 cups Ice
Add the frozen pineapple, frozen strawberries, sugar, cream of coconut and orange juice to a blender and blend well.
Once smooth, add the vanilla, lemon juice, and half the milk. Blend well, then continue to add milk until you reach your desired consistency.
Add ice as desired and blend to reach a slushie consistency.
Serve immediately with a paper umbrella and straw if you'd like. Enjoy!
