Ingredients

  • cups Crushed Graham Crackers about 12 full sheets of graham crackers
  • cup Sugar
  • 6 Tablespoons Salted Butter melted
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Using a food processor, pulse to create about 1½ cups of graham cracker crumbs (about 12 full sheets of graham crackers). You can also put them into a freezer bag and roll with a rolling pin to crush.
  • Transfer to a bowl and add the sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon. Toss with a fork to combine until it resembles wet sand and holds its shape when squeezed between your fingers.
  • Using the back of a spoon, the flat bottom of a measuring cup, or your hands, press the graham cracker mixture into a 9" pie plate.  Be sure to try and get the sides even first and then press the remaining crumbs into the bottom.
  • Bake in your preheated oven for about 12-14 minutes, or just until set.*
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before adding your filling. Enjoy!

Notes

*No Bake Graham Cracker Crust
To make a no bake crust, place the pie dish in the freezer for at least 30 minutes before adding your no bake filling.
