Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter melted
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 4 large Eggs room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 12 oz Chocolate Chips or about 2 cups

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, sugar, brown sugar, salt, and cocoa powder. Mix until combined, then add the eggs and vanilla and whisk to combine.
  • Add the flour to the butter and sugar mixture and fold in using a rubber spatula. Once it is almost completely mixed, add in the chocolate chips and fold just until combined.
  • Spread the brownie mixture into a greased 9" x 13" baking dish.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 30- 40 minutes, or until the edges of the brownies are crisp and the center is set.
  • Remove from the oven and let the brownies cool at room temperature for at least 15 minutes before cutting and serving. Enjoy!
