Ingredients

Chaffles

  • 2 large Egg Whites
  • 1 Tablespoon Pickled Jalapeños diced
  • ½ cup Shredded Cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1 pinch Garlic Salt

Sandwich Ingredients

  • 1 wedge Laughing Cow Cheese
  • 3 slices Deli Turkey
  • 2 slices Bacon cooked
  • ¼ large Tomato sliced
  • ½ large Avocado sliced
  • ½ cup Spinach can substitute lettuce
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions

How to Make a Basic Chaffle

  • Preheat a small waffle iron.
  • In a small mixing bowl, add the egg whites, shredded cheddar and diced jalapeños. Mix well with a fork.
  • Once it's hot, spray the waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray and add about half of the egg mixture then sprinkle with garlic salt.
  • Close the waffle iron and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the chaffle is crispy and golden brown. Remove it from the waffle iron, set aside and repeat with the remaining egg mixture.

Turkey Bacon Avocado Chaffle Sandwich

  • Place two chaffles on a flat surface and spread the Laughing Cow Cheese evenly onto one of them.
  • Add the deli turkey, bacon, tomato, avocado and spinach and season with salt and top with the remaining chaffle. Enjoy!
