Chaffles
- 2 large Egg Whites
- 1 Tablespoon Pickled Jalapeños diced
- ½ cup Shredded Cheese cheddar or mozzarella
- 1 pinch Garlic Salt
Sandwich Ingredients
- 1 wedge Laughing Cow Cheese
- 3 slices Deli Turkey
- 2 slices Bacon cooked
- ¼ large Tomato sliced
- ½ large Avocado sliced
- ½ cup Spinach can substitute lettuce
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
How to Make a Basic Chaffle
Preheat a small waffle iron.
In a small mixing bowl, add the egg whites, shredded cheddar and diced jalapeños. Mix well with a fork.
Once it's hot, spray the waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray and add about half of the egg mixture then sprinkle with garlic salt.
Close the waffle iron and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the chaffle is crispy and golden brown. Remove it from the waffle iron, set aside and repeat with the remaining egg mixture.
Turkey Bacon Avocado Chaffle Sandwich
Place two chaffles on a flat surface and spread the Laughing Cow Cheese evenly onto one of them.
Add the deli turkey, bacon, tomato, avocado and spinach and season with salt and top with the remaining chaffle. Enjoy!
