Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Fresh Green Beans
  • 2 Tablespoons Avocado Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Garlic- minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 large Lemon-juiced

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  •  Rinse the green beans.  Cut the ends off the green beans.  (You can cut them into 1" pieces if you want but they're fun to eat as a finger food too.)
  • After the beans are washed, put them in a 9" by 13" glass baking dish. Drizzle a couple tablespoons of oil (I like to use Avocado oil the best) on the green beans. Add the minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Put the green beans in a 400-degree pre-heated oven for 20-25 minutes or until they are starting to turn golden brown. When the roasted green beans are done, squeeze some fresh lemon juice over them lightly toss with a fork. Enjoy!
