Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Fresh Green Beans
  • 2 Tablespoons Avocado Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 large Lemon juiced

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Rinse the green beans, then trim the ends off.  (You can cut them into 1" pieces if you want but they're fun to eat as a finger food too.)  
  • Place green beans into a 9" x 13" glass baking dish and drizzle with the avocado oil. Add the minced garlic, salt, and pepper and mix.
  • Add the green beans to the preheated oven and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until they are starting to turn golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top. Lightly toss with a fork just before serving. Enjoy!
