- 2 pounds Fresh Green Beans
- 2 Tablespoons Avocado Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Pepper
- 1 large Lemon juiced
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Rinse the green beans, then trim the ends off. (You can cut them into 1" pieces if you want but they're fun to eat as a finger food too.)
Place green beans into a 9" x 13" glass baking dish and drizzle with the avocado oil. Add the minced garlic, salt, and pepper and mix.
Add the green beans to the preheated oven and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until they are starting to turn golden brown.
Remove from the oven and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top. Lightly toss with a fork just before serving. Enjoy!
