Whipped Cinnamon Honey Butter

This Whipped Honey Butter recipe is light and fluffy with a blend of honey, cinnamon, and butter and just a dash of pure vanilla extract and sea salt.

It's a simple, easy, and delicious spread for rolls, biscuits, and more.

INGREDIENTS

– Butter  – Honey – Powdered Sugar – Cinnamon – Vanilla Extract

In the bowl of a stand mixer (a large mixing bowl with a hand mixer works great too) add the butter and whip on high for about 2 minutes until light and fluffy.

Turn the mixer to low and drizzle honey in. Beat on high again for a few seconds.

Add the powdered sugar one spoonful at a time so it doesn't make a huge mess. Mix until well blended.

Then add the cinnamon, vanilla extract and salt. Whip on high again until light and fluffy.

Serve immediately on bread, rolls, scones, and more. Or, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 month. Enjoy!
