Easy Sugar Cookie Fruit Pizza

These individual Sugar Cookie Fruit Pizzas are cute and colorful, so delicious and a total crowd-pleaser.

They're made with a sugar cookie crust, sweet and silky whipped cream cheese frosting, and topped with your favorite fresh fruit.

INGREDIENTS

– Sugar Cookie Dough – Heavy Whipping Cream – Cream Cheese – Powdered Sugar – Vanilla Extract

Make the cookie dough as directed on the packaging (or use your favorite homemade sugar cookie recipe), then roll dough into 2" balls and place on a greased baking sheet.

Bake in a preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are slightly golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool completely on a wire rack.

To make the cream cheese frosting, begin by whipping the heavy cream with an electric or stand mixer until soft peaks form and then set aside.

In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat the room temperature cream cheese until light and fluffy using the paddle attachment.

Add the powdered sugar and vanilla and beat on low to combine, then on medium until light and fluffy, or about 2 minutes. Turn off the mixer and gently fold in the whipped cream by hand until smooth.
