This simple Steak Fajita recipe is quick, easy, and oh, so flavorful. Our version of this Tex-Mex favorite uses a fresh and tangy beef fajita marinade with a spicy kick.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the orange juice, lime juice, cooking oil, minced garlic, cumin, onion powder, chopped jalapeno and chopped cilantro and mix well.
In a large ziplock bag, add the steak and pour in the marinade. Zip the bag and put in the fridge for 4-24 hours. It's best to marinate overnight, but as little as 4 hours will work.
In a large skillet on medium-high heat, add your cooking oil. Once the oil is hot, add about half of the steak, being careful not to overcrowd the pan. You'll probably need to cook the meat in 2 batches.
