Rainbow Fruit Kabobs

These Rainbow Fruit Kabobs are a fun and healthy snack, dessert, or kid’s project. Fill each skewer with fresh fruit chosen by the colors of the rainbow.

This is an excellent vitamin C packed snack, dessert, or appetizer that can be served on its own or along with yogurt, whipped cream, or even chocolate fondue.

INGREDIENTS

– Strawberries – Blood Oranges – Tangerines – Pineapple – Kiwi

Prepare the fruit by washing, cutting, and peeling, if necessary, into bite sized pieces.

Add the fruit onto a wooden skewer in your desired pattern.

You can make these ahead of time and store in a covered container in the fridge for up to 24 hours before you need them. Enjoy!
