Quick Teriyaki Beef Stir Fry

This Teriyaki Beef Stir Fry Recipe is so easy. It's made with an amazing Beef Teriyaki Marinade, broccoli florets, and fresh red peppers.

INGREDIENTS

– Beef Sirloin Steak – Soy Sauce – Green Onions – Brown Sugar – Corn Starch

Thinly slice the beef. (if you freeze the steak for about an hour, the beef will slightly freeze and it will be much easier to cut.) Slice it into thin, bite-sized strips.

Add the beef to a Ziplock bag or medium-sized bowl and then add the soy sauce. Thinly slice the green onions and add to the marinade.

Peel and dice the fresh ginger and add to the marinade. (Use can also use ground ginger if you don't have any fresh ginger on hand. Add the Garlic, Oil, and Brown Sugar.

Stir the marinade until all the pieces of beef are covered. Cover with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the fridge for 30 min-24 hours.

Wash and cut vegetables. Add 2 Tablespoons oil in a large frying pan. Heat the oil and add a Tablespoon of garlic.
