This Crockpot Mississippi Pork Roast is an easy pork roast recipe.

It's an easy dump-and-go pork recipe that makes the most tender and juicy shredded pork, perfect for mashed potatoes or delicious slider sandwiches.

INGREDIENTS

– Pork Roast – Pepperoncini – Ranch Seasoning – Au Jus Seasoning – Butter

Spray your crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.

Add your pork roast to the crockpot and sprinkle the ranch seasoning packet and au jus seasoning packet on the roast.

Add the pepperoncini's and a couple of tablespoons of the liquid and place the pats of butter on the roast.

Cook on high for 4-6 hours depending on the size of the roast or until you can easily shred the roast with two forks, the meat is done.

Shred the pork roast taking out any large pieces of fat or gristle. Spoon the sauce over the roast.
