Homemade Guacamole

This homemade guacamole recipe is quick, easy, and just as good as anything you’ll find at a restaurant.

With a few simple ingredients (and no cooking), you can have the zestiest, freshest, and most flavorful party dip in no time—just add chips!

INGREDIENTS

– Cilantro – Cayenne Powder – Roma Tomatoes – Avocados – Lime

Place the minced garlic and 1 teaspoon of salt directly on a cutting board.

Using a large knife, run the blade of the knife over the garlic to mash the garlic and the salt together, creating a paste-like mixture.

Transfer the garlic and salt mixture to a medium mixing bowl and add the diced red onion, chopped cilantro, cayenne, and tomatoes.

Cut the avocados in half and remove the seeds, then scoop out the flesh and add it to the rest of the ingredients in the bowl.

Squeeze lime juice on the avocados, then, using a fork or a potato masher, mash the avocados to the desired consistency.
