Ginger Salad Dressing

This Asian-inspired Carrot Ginger Salad dressing is creamy, fresh, sweet, and tangy.

It comes together in a matter of minutes and tastes just like the Japanese ginger dressing at your favorite Japanese restaurant.

INGREDIENTS

– Carrots – Onion – Ginger – Garlic – Avocado Oil

In a blender (or food processor), add all of the prepared ingredients and blend until smooth.

Transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge for at least one hour before serving.

Serve on your favorite salad.  Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.  Enjoy!

Should I roast the vegetables first? You don’t have to roast the veggies in this dressing. In fact, they taste great blended up raw.

Can you freeze ginger salad dressing? You can freeze this dressing in freezer bags or another airtight container for up to 2 months.
