Garlic Herb Cheesy Potatoes

These Garlic Herb Cheesy Potatoes are a simple side dish that tastes great with just about anything.

They are tossed in Italian herbs and garlic. Oven-roasted, smothered in delicious cheesy goodness, and then topped off with bacon bits and green onions.

INGREDIENTS

– Potatoes – Avocado Oil – Garlic Powder – Onion Powder – Italian Herbs

Place potatoes in a large bowl or a ziplock bag and drizzle them in 3 tablespoons of avocado oil.

Transfer the potatoes onto a parchment lined baking sheet, squeezing out as much of the seasoning from the inside of the bag as possible.

Bake at 425 degrees for about 20 minutes, or until the edges of the potatoes begin to brown.

Once the potatoes are soft on the inside and crispy golden brown on the outside, remove from the oven and add shredded cheddar cheese and bacon bits.

Remove the potatoes from the oven and transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with the sliced green onions, then serve immediately. Enjoy!
