Easy Sausage Egg Biscuit Casserole Recipe

This Sausage Egg Biscuit Casserole is the ultimate breakfast recipe. It's made with crumbled sausage, eggs, cheese, and big canned homestyle biscuits.

It's perfect for a large gathering or a simple Sunday morning breakfast.


– Biscuits – Sausage – Mustard Powder – Garlic Powder – Onion Powder

Spray a 9" x 13" baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.


In a saute pan, add the sausage and ¼ cup of water. Use a spoon to break up the sausage. Cook until the sausage is well done and is no longer pink then transfer to a plate to cool slightly.


Unroll each can of biscuits, then cut each biscuit into 4 equal pieces.


Lay your biscuits in your prepared baking dish and top with the cooked sausage. Sprinkle half of the cheese over the top.


In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, onion powder, garlic powder, dry mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper. Whisk until combined.
