Crispy Garlic Parmesan Wings

These crispy baked Garlic Parmesan Wings are a deliciously satisfying alternative to hot and spicy buffalo wings.

Baked until golden, then drenched in buttery garlic, Parmesan, and red pepper flake sauce, these little beauties are also incredibly quick and easy to throw together.

INGREDIENTS

– Chicken Wings – Oil – Garlic – Butter – Parmesan Cheese

Cover a large baking sheet with aluminum foil and set a baking rack on top. Remove the wings from their package and gently pat them dry with a paper towel.

1

In a large bowl, add the  bone-in wings. Drizzle avocado oil over them, then add the garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the wings are completely coated.

2

Place wings on the baking rack on the baking sheet, making sure that they are not touching.

3

Bake in a preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until a digital thermometer reads 165 degrees when inserted into the chicken, and the wings are golden brown.

4

While the wings are in the oven, mix together the melted butter, garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes and parsley in a small bowl.
