Using a sharp knife, shave and cut the chocolate bars into small chunks (about ½"), then place them into a large glass or metal bowl along with the coconut oil.

To create a double boiler, find a small or medium pot and fill it with about 2 inches of water. Bring to a simmer, then place the bowl with chocolate over the pot.

Stir the chocolate and coconut oil with a rubber spatula occasionally until all the chocolate is smooth and the coconut oil is melted, then pour the melted chocolate into your chocolate fountain.
