INGREDIENTS

– Chicken Breasts – Bacon – Pineapple – Red Bell Pepper – Barbecue Sauce

Preheat grill to about 335 degrees F. Place the wooden skewers in a shallow baking dish and cover with water. Soak for at least 1 hour so the sticks don't burn while the chicken cooks.

1

Meanwhile, cut the chicken breasts into 1" chunks and season with salt and pepper. Cut the bacon, red pepper, onion, and pineapple into  1" chunks.

2

Thread the chicken chunks, bacon, red pepper, onion, and pineapple onto the soaked skewers, being careful to evenly space the chicken so that it cooks evenly.

3

Place the kabobs on the preheated grill and cook for about 8–10 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown.

4

Turn the chicken over, brush with BBQ sauce, and cook for another 5-7 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 degrees.
