– Eggs – Milk – Butter – White Cheddar Cheese – Chives

Prepare muffin tins by pouring about ½ teaspoon of melted butter into each cup, then setting aside.

In a blender, add the  room-temperature eggs, milk, salt, and flour. Blend until smooth, then transfer to a mixing bowl.

Add the shredded white cheddar and chopped chives, and mix with a spoon or spatula. Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.

Bake the Popovers at 450°F for 20 minutes, then reduce the heat to 350°F and continue baking for another 10 minutes, or until the Popovers are golden brown and puffed.

Remove popover pans from the oven and let cool for a minute or two, then carefully slide out of the pans using a fork.
