Caesar Salad Dressing

This Homemade Caesar Salad Dressing is creamy, rich, and flavorful. It’s a far cry from store bought dressing and couldn’t be easier to make.

It’s made in the traditional way, using raw egg yolk, freshly grated Parmesan, and a small amount of anchovy paste.

INGREDIENTS

– Olive Oil – Garlic  – Lemon Juice – Dijon Mustard – Worcestershire Sauce

In a blender, add the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, egg yolks, Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and anchovy paste (if using). Blend until smooth.
