Caesar Salad Dressing

This Homemade Caesar Salad Dressing is creamy, rich, and flavorful. It’s a far cry from store bought dressing and couldn’t be easier to make.

It’s made in the traditional way, using raw egg yolk, freshly grated Parmesan, and a small amount of anchovy paste.

– Olive Oil – Garlic  – Lemon Juice – Dijon Mustard – Worcestershire Sauce

In a blender, add the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, egg yolks, Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and anchovy paste (if using). Blend until smooth.

Blend until smooth, then slowly drizzle oil into the blender while blending until emulsified. Finish with salt and pepper to taste if desired.

Use immediately on your favorite Caesar salad, or store in the fridge for up to 1 week. Enjoy!

Storing Caesar Dressing Refrigerator: store in a glass jar or any other airtight container for up to 1 week in the refrigerator
