Air Fryer Red Potatoes Recipe

This Air Fryer Red Potato Recipe is fluffy on the inside, crispy on the outside, and uses only a fraction of oil compared to fried potatoes.

They are super simple to make, use just a few ingredients, and are the perfect side dish, ready in under 30 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

– Red Potatoes – Avocado Oil – Spices

In a ziplock bag or large bowl, toss potatoes with 3 tablespoons of avocado oil. Mix the potatoes until evenly coated, then add the garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.

Remove potatoes from the bag or bowl and place in a single layer in the air fryer tray.

Cook in an air fryer preheated to 425 degrees for about 12 minutes, or until the edges of the potatoes begin to brown.

Using a spatula, turn the potatoes and cook for another 5 minutes until the other side is golden brown.

Once the potatoes are soft and crispy golden brown on the outside, remove them from the air fryer and season with additional salt and pepper to taste.
